- Kettlebell (if you have - can use small heavy'ish object or bands)
- Skipping Rope
- Dumbbell (if you have - can use bands)
- Core Sliders (can use a towel)
- Ab Roller (can use towel)
- Large Resistance Bands
- Mini Resistance Bands
- All exercises can also be done with bodyweight and the equipment stated above can be used.
