The New & Improved TONE & TIGHTEN 8 WEEK CHALLENGE is HERE!
If you were apart of my first Tone & Tighten Challenge in 2020 then welcome back! I am so happy to have you on board again. If this is your first challenge with me then I’m so excited to get to know you & have you apart of my team.
My goal for each & every lady on this challenge is to find a balance in their life, to form a structure/routine that suites their lifestyle & allows them to achieve their goals. I want to show you that you don’t have to eat chicken & broccoli all day to get into shape & feel confident.
Learn how to do things in moderation, learn how to balance out your life & eating habits.
Get results while still LIVING & enjoying the process.
Once you have signed up & paid you will receive a mail with a link to the app which you will need to download (don’t worry, its completely free & available on your desktop/laptop & cellphone!)
You will be required to set up your dash on the app (please note: there will be another consultation form on the app - you DO NOT need to fill that one out!)
You will be required to upload 3 body shots (front, side & back) in a clear, natural lighting, wearing a bikini. It’s very important that I can see you clearly from head to toe, however you are welcome to crop your face out.
Please do not take mirror selfies for your body shots/check-in photos - either get someone to take them for you or make use of your selfie-timer.
WHAT IS REQUIRED OF ME?
You will be loaded onto the app BY Thursday the 24 February 2021.
Upload your body shots into the allocated space on the app.
Your meal plan will be uploaded on Friday 26 February 2021.
Your training plan will be uploaded on Sunday 28 February 2021.
NOTE: no body shots, no plans!
You are required to please check-in with progress pictures every weekend.

In order for me to give you the most suitable meal + training plans for you & your body I will need some information on you, so you will need to please fill out a questionnaire which will be sent to you once I have received your proof of payment.
